RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from http://luxaza.com, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of receipt.

 

Refund conditions:

  1. First you need to contact customer service for a refund request within 30 days of receiving the product, once the 30 days have passed, we will no longer accept your refund request.
  2. If it was our mistake that caused you to actually receive the wrong or imperfect item, we will provide a no-obligation refund. Please contact us and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items and a brief description of the issue. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer

If the refund is made for the customer's own reasons, such as not liking it, not wanting it anymore, etc., we will need to charge a handling fee of 20% of the selling price for the returned product. Also any original shipping costs or return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it is an error on our part.

However, if you refuse to pick up your package, we will not be able to guarantee a full refund.
